Dear Members of NHADA,
Please complete the form below to request/deny the purchase of LeagueMinder for your school(s) for the 2013-14 school year. All schools who submit their request by June 19, 2013 will be charged a fee $200.00 to the NHADA per high school account. This account can be used to manage middle school athletics in addition to the high school. For separate Middle School accounts the fee will be $150.00 per account. The money will be collected by the NHADA and they will receive one invoice for all schools requesting accounts, you will not receive an invoice.
